Jamie strongly believes in furthering her education because that better serves her clients. She has several designations and certifications through the National Association of Realtors: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and e-Pro. Since 2007, and during all of the changes in the financing and real estate world have that greatly affected our economy, the one mainstay has been her love of helping people reach their dreams of homeownership. She started as an unlicensed assistant to a top agent, and after three weeks her boss told her she needed her real estate license and since then her love of real estate has developed into much more than she ever anticipated. Because of Jamie's experience with the details of a real estate transaction, you will find her with you every step of the way when she represents you. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Jamie has experience with all aspects of a real estate purchase. Additionally, her greatest strength lies in knowing the ins and outs of a transaction, having sold nearly 600 homes. Jamie will often tell you that in her negotiations the "mama bear" in her comes out and she is incredibly passionate about making sure her buyers get the best price, terms, and experience possible. For sellers, Jamie has the experience of working with buyers and understanding their psychology and behavior, which is a huge benefit to hiring her to sell your house! She also has the experience when it comes to marketing your house and all of the details that go along with getting it sold. She lives on checklists and systems to ensure that your house is seen by as many people as possible, in the shortest amount of time, with the least stress to clients. In addition to meeting new people and helping them reach their goals, Jamie has tons of other interests: coaching, personal development, trying new STL restaurants with amazing patios, and so much more! She is the oldest of two girls to the greatest dad in the world and also has the best friends a girl could ask for (go Mizzou!!)
In October 2024 Jamie earned a Certificate in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online. She decided to dive in deeper and learn more about negotiation strategy and took classes that further satisfied this curiosity, knowing it would greatly benefit her clients. Jamie has further education up her sleeve and is currently working on another sector of real estate education that will also further her clients in the luxury market. Her thirst for learning, knowledge, application, and customer service drives her to be the best Realtor she can be for her clients with varying needs and goals. In Spring 2025 Jamie will be taking a class on mediation through HBSO that will give superior value to any clients who are going through a divorce especially, in addition to the basic knowledge of mediation and how it ties in with negotiations.

When she isn't working on her business and improving her skills, she is either at yoga, Pilates, or practicing playing with sound bowls. She also loves trying new restaurants, doesn't drink alcohol, and prefers tea over coffee. Fourth of July is her favorite holiday and summer is her favorite time of the year in St Louis. In December she spends her birthday at her happy place, the beach.
